About Ellie

Ever since I was a kid I loved all things crafty. and over the years I tried every medium out there, watercolor, oil, pastels, and the list goes on and on. but I could never find a consistent style until the spring of my junior year. this really fun thing called covid happened and everything I enjoyed shut down. with all that free time on my hands, I began to paint again. at first, it was just a hobby to pass the time but as a painted more and more my parents encouraged me to sign up for my local farmers’ market, and let me just say I was far from confident. then quite the shocker happened I actually took my parent’s advice and the rest is history!! My art is bold color blocking with my signature squiggles! my favorite subjects to paint are mountain ranges and funky plants. during the warm months, you can find me at the local farmers’ market or at many other vintage and handmade markets! during the winter I participate in pop-up shops and focus on commissions and online orders!
